We explicitly state when a design is inspired by a particular style (e.g., "Dress watch inspired by Omega De Ville aesthetic").

7. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

7.1 Order Acceptance

Placing an Order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept or reject Orders at our discretion within 24 hours of receipt.

An Order is only confirmed when you receive an Order Confirmation email from us.

7.2 Payment Methods

Payment is processed immediately upon Order placement.

8. DELIVERY

8.1 Delivery Timeline (IMPORTANT)

All Orders dispatched from our warehouse are delivered within 5–15 working days (business days, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Working days definition:

Calculated from the date your Order is dispatched (not from order date)
Excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and UK bank holidays
Example: If dispatched Monday, the 5–15 day window runs Monday through the following 2–3 weeks

Important notes:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
Most orders arrive within 7–10 working days
During peak periods (Christmas, seasonal), delivery may extend to 15 working days
You will receive a tracking number and can monitor progress

8.2 Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for:

Incorrect addresses provided by you
Packages not reaching the address specified
Theft or loss after delivery

8.3 Delivery Delays

We are not liable for delays caused by:

Courier/postal service delays
Weather or natural disasters
Customs or regulatory delays
Incorrect address provided by you
Peak seasonal periods (Christmas, New Year)

If your Order is delayed beyond 15 working days, please contact us at support@unicwatches.com with your tracking number. We will investigate and offer compensation or replacement at our discretion.

8.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you when the Goods leave our warehouse. You should arrange insurance if you wish to protect your shipment.

9. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

9.1 Consumer Rights Act 2015

You have the right to cancel an Order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, provided:

Goods are in original condition
You have not used them (except for inspection)
Original packaging is intact

9.2 Return Process

Contact us at support@unicwatches.com within 14 days of delivery
Provide your Order number and reason for return
We will issue a return shipping address
You arrange return shipping (see policy for cost allocation)
Upon receipt of Goods, we issue a refund within 14 days

9.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

Custom-engraved products (if applicable)
Items obviously used or damaged by you
Items where packaging is damaged beyond recognition

10. PAYMENT DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

10.1 Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback for an Order without attempting to resolve the issue with us first, we reserve the right to:

Suspend your account
Refuse future Orders
Report the matter to payment providers

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any payment dispute, please contact us at support@unicwatches.com. We commit to resolving disputes within 7 business days.

11. WARRANTY

11.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that each watch will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from delivery, subject to:

Normal use
Proper care and maintenance
No unauthorized modifications

11.2 Warranty Claim Process

Contact us with photographic evidence of the defect
We will assess and determine if the defect is covered
If covered, we will repair or replace the Goods

11.3 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Water damage (beyond stated water resistance)
Scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage
Battery replacement (if applicable)
Normal wear and tear
Damage from accidental drops or misuse

We collect personal data (name, email, address, payment details) to fulfill Orders and improve services.

Outstanding Orders may be cancelled

18. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Shipping/Returns Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and UnicWatches regarding your use of the Site.

If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
